Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept returns or cancellations
Applicable to digital items. But please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

- Personalized orders

If the item is damaged in shipping please keep all packaging materials and contact me within 3 days of receiving your item.
Please contact me within 1 week of receiving the item if you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase. I would be glad to work with you to resolve the issue. I will accept the product back and send you a refund of your money if the product is unused and as long as you are willing to pay to ship the item back to me. Once the return item is received in its original packaging, I will refund your money. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom made items can’t be returned.

I ship through India Post. I use registered mail to reduce possibility of your order getting lost.
If you would like to upgrade to EXPRESS shipping, let me know and I will adjust the shipping costs. Please note that it may be quite costly.

It is simple and understandable and covers the gamut of taxes and tariffs that various countries may charge. However I will assist you in following up with your package status by launching a feedback with India Post.

For items sent via indian Post Office, I send the packages via registered mail so please use an address where you would be available or someone can sign for the package on your behalf. If no one is around a claim slip will be issued and you will have to contact the post office for re-delivery or pick-up.
